The ICD contains 11 different data sources covering terrorist and rebel incidents, threats, videos, photos, logos, identification photos, hostages, maps and recognition photos of vehicles, weapons, clothing and more. It gives you a comprehensive one-stop shop for data from as recent as a few minutes ago to more than 20 years back on any computer, smart phone or tablet from anywhere in the world with an Internet connection. As of 26 Apr. 2013, the ICD contains more than 900 hours of audio and video (2,875 releases), 110,703 incidents, 416 facial records, 82 hostage records, 392 photos, 276 logos, 1,161 threat communications, eight ArcGIS maps and much more.

The Video Component allows unprecedented access to more than 900 hours of terrorist and rebel videos going back more than 20 years and covering thousands of videos. It is updated daily with new releases from groups, providing immediate access to the latest hostage videos, threat statements, attack footage and more. Subscribers are notified by email with Video Notices when new videos are added. All videos are presented in their highest quality format up to HD quality when available and can be viewed within the ICD screen or full screen at the click of a button. Powerful search features allow you to find videos by release date, group, video production group, speaker, language, main themes, regional focus and more. Access is provided via username/password from the IntelCenter site. Integration with ArcGIS and Google maps provide multiple ways to view and understand the data. Enterprise accounts are available.

The Incident Component allows full searching of all terrorist attacks, threats and other developments going back 13 years and covering more than 109,000 records. The database features full tagging so you can find the target and tactic sets you need without having to struggle with keyword searches. Group names are listed in prepopulated lists to make it easy to identify the ones you need without having to figure out spellings. Statistical analysis tools allow you to quicklly identify trending and pattern data for lethality, tactics and targets. The ICD-I is updated daily with new attacks as they occur. It contains the full archives of the Daily Incident Report (DIR) and more.

Average killed 2. Average injured 6. • As of late Oct. in 2011 there have been 184 vehicular bombings killing 1,045 people and injuring 3,225. Average killed per attack is 6. Average injured is 20. Military and Police were most frequently targeted. • As of late Oct. in 2011 91 attacks have involved a Bus/Bus Station, killing 353 people and injuring 622. Average killed per attack is 5. Average injured 8. The most common tactics were Bombings and Shootings.

The Threat Component is updated daily with new threats and communications as they occur. It contains the full archive of the Threat & Claim Monitor (TCM).

The new Group Component gives you one-stop viewing for all group info on threats, incidents, hostages, videos, audio, photos, equipment, members and more. The latest data in each of these categories is presented in chronological order so you can easily identify new developments with the group. Each item has a one-click button to then view the full records whether it be a video the group released or a detailed record on a hostage being held. In addition to pulling together all the latest data from across the ICD, each group has the name and photo of its current leader, primary country of operation and identified capabilities listed. The Capabilities field allows you to rapidly identify and search on groups using MANPADS, night vision and more. Over the course of the year this component will expand to contain additional profile details on the group's area of operation, senior leadership, targeting preferences, tactics and trending graphs on the group's activities.

The latest data in each of these categories is presented in chronological order so you can easily identify new developments in that particular country. Each item has a one-click button to then view the full records whether it be a video released in that country or detailed record on a hostage kidnapped from there. Over the course of the year this component will expand to contain additional profile details on activity in the country to include groups currently active there, targeting and tactics trends, operational tempo of groups, collective capabilities of groups and other visualization tools.
