Note: Abu Laith al-Libi discusses preparations to enter the guerrilla warfare phase of the fighting. He states: We are now developing the fronts along all lines to make it a large-scale war the war of ambushes, assassinations, and operations that take place in the most unexpected places for the enemy. He also discusses the use by the Taliban of a website that he refers to as the Islamic Emirate web site. The site is reportedly controlled by the Emirate [of the State of the Taliban], and its use was ordered by Mullah Mohammad Omar. He discusses the al-Neda web site and explains that the Emirate has offered its assistance to those running it. Al-Libi further discusses the battle of Shahikot.

Note: Sulaiman Abu Ghaith discusses the state of al-Qaeda and its efforts to carry out new attacks against the US. He claims that Allah has allowed them to be victorious in Nairobi, Dar es Salaam, Aden, and New York and Washington when the world, with its own eyes, saw what our holy warriors achieved for the sake of Allah. Abu Ghaith further explains that the al-Qaeda organization is not fragile and cannot be easily destroyed. He provides that the organization was established and organized with the knowledge that one day the world may stand against it. He further discusses the strength provided by the cell-structure of the organization.

Note: This tape was produced by the Sahab Institute for Media production, a pro-Qaeda organization. The tape includes the martyrdom message of 9-11 hijacker Ahmed al-Haznawi al-Ghamdi and speaking appearances by Osama bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri and Sulaiman Abu Ghaith. Bin Laden vows that America will not dream of security if security does not become a tangible reality in Muslim land. Al-Zawahiri describes the 11 September attacks as a great victory. Al-Haznawi tells Americans to dig their graves and build their coffins because death is upon them. Abu Ghaith defends the attacks of 9-11, stating: We did what God the Almighty ordered us to do

A: Emigration Osama bin Laden encourages Muslims to render the religion of Islam victorious by spreading the faith. Philosophers, scholars, dignitaries and mercenaries are encouraged not to stay where they are, but to travel and live in communities where they can spread Islam.
B: Preparation includes footage of training on obstacle courses, as well as the use and assembly of explosives. Other scenes include training in conducting breaches and assassinations.
C: Jihad Osama bin Laden explains that for the Kuffar that maintain a presence on Islamic land, the only path to stopping them is jihad, with bullets and with martyrdom operations. Osama bin Laden discusses the Riyadh and Khobar bombings, the Embassy bombings in Somalia and Dar es Salaam, the Cole bombing and the operations in Somalia. This segment includes footage from the May 1998 John Miller interview of Osama bin Laden and the 10 June 1999 al-Jazeera interview of Osama bin Laden.

Note: Osama bin Laden explains how many Muslims, including himself, were incited to jihad in Afghanistan after the Soviet invasion. He discusses a few battles as sounds of fighting are heard in the background. One of the final scenes on the video shows an unrelated image of Osama bin Laden superimposed over a photograph of Abu Hamza al-Masri, the leader of the London-based Supporters of Shariah, in addition to the image of an unidentified mujahid.
